The Evidence that Convicts the Cia of the Jfk Assassination, Part 2

My aim in writing my recent article " The Evidence that Convicts the CIA of the JFK Assassination" was to establish beyond a reasonable doubt that the CIA was complicit in the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. As I stated in that article, there is no innocent explanation for the secret production of an altered, fraudulent copy of the film of the assassination. Once one concludes that the CIA did, in fact, produce an altered, fraudulent copy of the Zapruder film, one has automatically concluded that the CIA was complicit in the assassination itself. There is no way around that.

However, acknowledging the possibility that there could still be people who are still not convinced of the CIA's guilt beyond a reasonable doubt, I decided to write this supplemental article to bolster my case with additional evidence, which I believe should convince those who might still not be convinced beyond a reasonable doubt that the CIA did, in fact, produce an altered, fraudulent copy of the Zapruder film on the weekend of the assassination and, therefore, is criminally culpable in the assassination itself.

Stopping the car

There were 59 witnesses who stated that the limousine in which Kennedy was traveling made a complete stop or a near-stop after the first shots rang out in Dealey Plaza. That's 59! Not 5. Not 10. Not 20, 30, or 40. Fifty-nine witnesses who stated that the presidential limousine made a complete stop or near-stop after the first shot rang out in Dealey Plaza!

Yet, the extant Zapruder film — that is, the film that purports to be the original film rather than an altered, fraudulent copy — shows no such stop or near-stop.

I don't think I need to explain to most people why stopping the presidential limousine after a gun shot rings out is not a good thing. But just in case someone doesn't understand why that is, please bear with me.

When a shot rings out, it would best for the driver of the vehicle in which the president is traveling to step on the accelerator, not on the brakes. That would enable him to get out of the area fast so that it would be more difficult to hit the president with additional shots. Stopping the vehicle after the first shot enables the shooter(s) to more easily hit the president with additional shots. That's because it's easier to hit a stationary target than a moving target.

In fact, it is a virtual certainty that the first shot that hit Kennedy in the neck was not a fatal shot. He could have survived it. Thus, if the driver of the limousine, Secret Service agent William Greer, had stepped on the accelerator after the first shot rang out, instead of stepping on the brakes, Kennedy might well have survived the ambush.

Bump on a log

The extant Zapruder film shows that after the first shots rang out, the Secret Service agent sitting in the passenger seat next to Greer, Roy Kellerman, sat there like a bump on a log after the first shots rang out. That passivity was highly unusual given that it was his responsibility as a Secret Service agent to immediately jump over the seat and cover the president with his own body in order to protect him from further shots.

That's what Secret Service agent Clint Hill, who was riding in the follow-up car, was trying to do when he ran up to the back of the presidential limousine, pushed Mrs. Kennedy back into the vehicle, and covered the president's body with his own body. Hill's actions were too late because by that time the fatal gun shot(s) had already hit Kennedy in the head.

The fraudulent autopsy

I think it's worth pointing out that Kellerman was in charge of the Secret Service team at Parkland Hospital that prevented the Dallas County medical examiner, Dr. Earl Rose, from conducting an autopsy on JFK's body, which was required by state law. Sporting a Thompson submachine gun, Kellerman and his team, which brandished their own guns, forced their way out of Parkland with the president's body. Hospital personnel later stated that they were scared to death, not only because of the guns but also because Kellerman and his team were screaming, yelling, and cussing, not to mention forcibly picking Rose up and carting him to a nearby wall, where a Secret Service agent wagged his finger in Rose's face.

Later that day, JFK's body was delivered into the hands of the military at Bethesda National Naval Medical Center in Maryland, which was highly unusual given that the federal government had no jurisdiction whatsoever over the crime. At that time, it was not a federal offense to assassinate the president. The assassination was a state murder case, which was why the law required Dr. Rose, the Dallas County medical examiner, to conduct the autopsy.

As I detail in my books  The Kennedy Autopsy,  The Kennedy Autopsy 2, and  An Encounter with Evil: The Abraham Zapruder Story, the military then proceeded to conduct a fraudulent autopsy on the president's body, one that entailed threatening enlisted men with court martial or criminal prosecution if they ever revealed what they had seen or done. That's how we know that the military was also criminally culpable in the assassination. That's because, like with the Zapruder film, there is no innocent explanation for a fraudulent autopsy. Once one concludes that the autopsy was fraudulent, one has automatically concluded that the military was complicit in the assassination itself. There is no way around that.

The casket-switching scheme

As I detail in those three books, part of the autopsy fraud entailed sneaking President Kennedy's body into the Bethesda military morgue in a shipping casket and then later re-introducing the body into the morgue in the heavy, ornate casket into which JFK's body had been placed at Parkland Hospital.

There were two men who were in charge of that secret casket-switching part of the autopsy fraud at the Bethesda military morgue. Those two men were William Greer, the driver of the presidential limousine who made a complete stop or near-stop after the first shots rang out, and Roy Kellerman, the Secret Service agent who sat there like a bump on a log and then, shortly thereafter, threatened to use deadly force to prevent an autopsy from being conducted in Dallas, as required by state law.

Quotations

in my book  An Encounter with Evil: The Abraham Zapruder Story, I quote 16 of the 59 witnesses who stated that the presidential limousine make a compete stop or a near-stop. Those quotations come from the 5-volume watershed book  Inside the Assassination Records Review Board by Douglas Horne, who, in turn, got them from an essay by Vincent Palamara in a book entitled  Murder in Dealey Plaza.

The following are just six of those 59 quotations:

Motorcycle officer James W. Courson: "The limousine came to a stop and Mrs. Kennedy was on the back."

Motorcycle officer James Chaney: "… at the time, after the shooting, from the time the first shot rang out, the car stopped completely…."

"Photographer Phil Willis: "The party had come to a temporary halt before proceeding on to the underpass."

Dallas Morning News reporter Mary Woodward: "Instead of speeding up the car, the car came to a halt."

CBS news anchor Walter Cronkite, reporting on television from New York, stated, "Mrs. Kennedy screamed out, ‘Oh, no!' The car stopped momentarily."

ABC news reporter Bob Clark, in the motorcade in an open camera car a short distance behind the presidential limousine and reporting via telephone on ABC television what he personally saw just after the shots rang out, stated: "We heard the shots very clearly … about no more than two or three seconds before the car that the president was traveling in — this was an open limousine that had been sent out from the White House in Washington — this car came to an immediate stop."

Frame deletion

Obviously, leaving frames in a film that show the presidential limousine making a complete stop or a near-stop after the first shots rang out would not look very good. That's why the extant Zapruder film — that is, the film that falsely purports to be the original — does not show the stop or near-stop of Kennedy's limousine. The CIA photographic experts at the CIA's top-secret Hawkeyeworks facility within the research and development section of Kodak's national headquarters in Rochester, New York, deemed it advisable to delete those frames from their altered, fraudulent copy of the film, just as they deemed it advisable to delete the frames showing the extremely wide turn onto Elm Street, as I detailed in my previous article  The Evidence that Convicts the CIA of the JFK Assassination.

(Note: As I indicated in my previous article, while Kodak had gotten into bed with the CIA by permitting the agency to locate its top-secret Hawkeyeworks operation at Kodak's national headquarters in Rochester, there is no evidence to indicate that Kodak personnel were involved in the CIA's secret production of the altered, fraudulent copy of the Zapruder film.)
