Les médias américains ont rapporté ce jeudi 3 septembre que le Texas, où Christian Castro réside, a jusqu'à présent refusé de le livrer aux autorités judiciaires de l'État du Minnesota, qui ont déjà engagé, en mai, des poursuites contre cet agent pour agression et faux témoignage et émis un mandat d'arrêt à son encontre.

In the Ethics of Liberty, Murray Rothbard argued that aggressive war is always immoral and must always be opposed. The just war doctrine should be understood not as a moral toolkit that can be harnessed to justify aggressive war, but, on the contrary, as an exception to the foundational anti-war principle. This means that the just war exception should never become more important than the anti-war rule.

There's a reason the US Constitution requires every state to have a republican form of government, that the Legislative branch must pass laws, and that the document itself is difficult to amend.

Ah yes, "racial disparities," which are always presumed to have their origins in wickedness and hate, and which must be stamped out, because teachers - among the most left-wing demographics in the country, are evidently disciplining black students solely because they are black and for no other reason.
