In the Ethics of Liberty, Murray Rothbard argued that aggressive war is always immoral and must always be opposed. The just war doctrine should be understood not as a moral toolkit that can be harnessed to justify aggressive war, but, on the contrary, as an exception to the foundational anti-war principle. This means that the just war exception should never become more important than the anti-war rule.
There's a reason the US Constitution requires every state to have a republican form of government, that the Legislative branch must pass laws, and that the document itself is difficult to amend.

Ah yes, "racial disparities," which are always presumed to have their origins in wickedness and hate, and which must be stamped out, because teachers - among the most left-wing demographics in the country, are evidently disciplining black students solely because they are black and for no other reason.

The Iranian conflict is going very well for Israel. Israel has succeeded in turning the conflict into one between Iran and Israel's proxy, Washington, just as Washington has succeeded in turning Ukraine into a conflict between Russia and Washington's Ukrainian proxy. Both the Iranian and Russian leaderships are fighting tit-for-tat conflicts with proxies, not with their real enemies.

The Trump administration's crusade to crush campus criticism took another wallop on Friday in a California courtroom. Federal judge Noël Wise ruled that the Trump administration's "ideological-deportation policy" brazenly violated the US Constitution.
The Stanford Daily-one of the best-known college student newspapers in the nation-sued the Trump administration for changing its "immigration policy and pattern of enforcement, namely by arresting, detaining, and deporting students with F-1 visas when those students use their freedom of speech to express opinions that the government does not like." It asserted that the Trump administration's "actions have specifically impacted Stanford Daily by decreasing the quantity and diversity of opinion pieces The Stanford Daily is able to publish on the conflict between Israel and Palestine." Foreign students who had written on the issue requested that their previous articles be deleted, and other foreign students were no longer willing to comment on hot issues.
