The poll was commissioned ahead of the 25th anniversary of the attacks, which the US government used as a pretext to launch the so-called "War on Terror" that led to the deaths of nearly 5 million people.

I have long wondered about the utility of readers' comments, especially comments that the writers are too ashamed to associate with their real names. An anonymous comment has no value.
