Following this brilliant and fruitful Sino-American collaboration, Deyin Guo, a prominent Chinese scientist from Wuhan University, sets up a program for the creation of the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) under the orders of the Communist Party Chinese.
The 1st release
An epidemic of viral pneumonia of unknown etiology emerged in Wuhan city (Hubei province, China) in December 2019: COVID-19.
On January 21, three researchers, Pei Hao, researcher from the Shanghai Pasteur Institute and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Wu Zhong, researcher from the National Center for Engineering Research on Emerging Medicines, Academy of Military Medical Sciences, and Xuan Li, researcher at the Key Laboratory of Synthetic Biology, CAS Center for Excellence in Molecular Plant Sciences, publishes the conclusions of their study which can be summarized as follows:
Four of the most important proteins in COVID-19 (interface amino acid residues, 4 unique insertions in the advanced glycoprotein) have been modified artificially. These insertions are those of HIV, commonly known as AIDS.
Indian researchers Prashant Pradhan, Ashutosh Kumar Pandey, Akhilesh Mishra, Parul Gupta, Praveen Kumar Tripathi, Manoj Balakrishnan Menon, James Gomes, Perumal Vivekanandan, Bishwajit Kundu of Kusuma School of Biological Sciences at University New Delhi, come to exactly the same conclusions. The key point of all these discoveries is that "four of the important S proteins have been replaced in the Wuhan coronavirus".
First, the goal is to disguise COVID-19 as SARS to make it more difficult for biologists and doctors to differentiate it from SARS. This misleads them into taking SARS-type preventive measures, which can lead to delayed treatment and increased spread of the virus.
Second, it is so contagious that it spreads quickly by design. The fact that the Wuhan virus was created in a laboratory under human influence is indisputable.
China quickly accuses the USA of this biological attack. The accusation originally appeared on the Chinese military's official website: xilu.com. Then relayed throughout China on WeChat, the Chinese Communist Party says that the Wuhan coronavirus was created by the United States to attack China.
Major General Chen Wei, China's main biochemical weapons expert based in Wuhan, oversees operations. As a reminder, China, like 174 other countries, has signed biochemical weapons prohibition treaties under the aegis of the United Nations Organisation.
What happened in the Wuhan P4 laboratory during the program for the creation of the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) under the command of the Chinese Communist Party, carried out under the direction of Deyin Guo?

The 2nd release
COVID-19 rapidly mutated to expel its HIV insertions, but curiously and abnormally, it did not stabilize in a variant close to the original HCoV strain.

Political analysis
Reverting to the Covid-19 epidemic and how governments are responding to it, the authoritarian decisions of Italy, France, Spain and dozens of other countries have no medical justification. They contradict the observations of the best infectious disease specialists and the instructions of the World Health Organization.
The epidemic began in China on November 17, 2019, the first case of a person infected with Covid-19 having been diagnosed in Hubei province, China.

Spread in Iran
The epidemic seems to have spread from China to Iran in mid-February 2020. These two countries have been closely linked since ancient times. They share many common cultural elements.

Quarantine in Japan
On February 4, 2020, a passenger on the US cruise ship Diamond Princess was diagnosed with the Covid-19 and ten passengers were infected.
The Japanese Minister of Health, Katsunobu Kato, then imposed a two-week quarantine on the boat in Yokohama in order to avoid the contagion of his country.
Ultimately out of 3,711 people on board, the overwhelming majority of whom are over 70, there will be 7 dead.
Without any kind of containment, JAPAN currently shows only 38 victims of COVID-19 on March 27!
The Diamond Princess is an Israeli-American boat owned by Micky Arison, brother of Shari Arison, the richest woman in Israel.
The Arison's turn this incident into a public relations operation. The Trump administration and several other countries have their nationals evacuated for quarantine at home. The international press devotes its headlines to this news item. Referring to the Spanish flu epidemic of the years 1918-1919, she assured that the epidemic could spread worldwide and potentially threaten the human race with extinction. (1)
This apocalyptic hypothesis is not based on any fact, but will nevertheless become a word of the Gospel. We remember that in 1898, to increase the sales of their daily newspapers, William Hearst and Joseph Pulitzer, published false information in order to deliberately provoke a war between the United States and the Spanish colony of Cuba.

WHO intervention

- the need to raise the level of hygiene, in particular by washing your hands, disinfecting the water and increasing the ventilation of confined spaces.
- finally, the need to use disposable handkerchiefs or, failing that, to sneeze in the elbow.
However, WHO is not a medical organization, but a United Nations agency dealing with health issues. Its civil servants, even if they are doctors, are also and above all politicians. It cannot therefore denounce the abuses of certain States.
In addition, since the controversy over the H1N1 epidemic, WHO has had to publicly justify all of its recommendations.
She was accused in 2009 of having been led by the interests of large pharmaceutical companies and of having hurriedly raised the alarm disproportionately. She used the word "pandemic" this time only as a last resort, on March 12, after four months.
At the Franco-Italian summit in Naples on February 27, the French and Italian Council leaders, Emmanuel Macron and Giuseppe Conte, announced that they would react together to the pandemic.
After all that, the WHO turns around: "recommended" global containment, "recommended" no use of cash, etc.

Then Presidents Conte and Macron made an mandatory official form for walking. This document headed by the respective interior ministries is drawn up on the honor and is not subject to any verification, but to financial penalties (fines) and even to imprisonment in case of repeated non-compliance.
The two governments panic their population by distributing unnecessary instructions disavowed by infectious disease doctors:
They encourage people to wear gloves and masks at all times and to stay at least one meter from any other human being.
The French "daily reference" (sic) Le Monde, Facebook France and the French Ministry of Health have undertaken to censor a video of Professor Didier Raoult, one of the most renowned infectious diseases specialists worldwide, because by announcing the existence of a drug proven in China against Covid-19, it highlighted the absence of a medical basis for the measures taken by President Macron.
