Most would agree that Tucker Carlson is honest, intelligent, and the most effective commentator in the country. But that will not be enough to win with a third party, even though politicians in the Democratic and Republican Parties have been proven to be greedy Liars and Traitors who have brought the country to the brink of Economic Ruin and Nuclear Obliteration.
To win, a third party must promise and be able to deliver what the Founders promised in the Constitution. Due to failure of the educational system, the most important part of any campaign must be to teach the people the responsibilities of citizens and government in a civilized and just society.
For more than 100 years the Parasitic Super-Rich Ruling Class (PSRRC) has been transferring power from the states to the federal establishment to better enrich the Rulers. Major damage was done with the Coup of 1913 (Federal Reserve Bank, Income Tax, Tax-Free Foundations, Fiat Currency). The Coup must be reversed, as it makes a Constitutional Republic impossible. I will be more than happy to debate and defend this statement with anyone. Returning to a Constitutional Republic is absolutely essential, as it is the only way to return to the lifestyle envisioned in the Constitution. Most importantly it is the only way to survive economically. The Constitution is our most valuable asset, and can't be followed with today's available politicians.
Our present government is mostly a criminal enterprise, with no legal authority or backing of the Constitution. It operates to increase the power and wealth of the PSRRC Rulers at the expense of the people. Congress enacts laws that are Unconstitutional, but generate bribes for Congress.
For the last 80 years, Congress has used our military as mercenaries, resulting in the deaths of over 100,000 of our sons and daughters in the military and trillions in costs. In the process, millions of others were killed and entire countries devastated, incurring the wrath of the world, poverty of our people, and wealth for the Rulers. The Military Industrial Complex of the PSRRC and Zionist Jewish Lobby have benefited from our No-Win Wars for Profit, Foreign Aid, Overseas Bases, and our military stationed in overseas bases. The costs of these activities by Congress has been to degrade the living standard of the people by transferring the people's wealth to the Rulers. In fact, expenditures by Congress have put us on the verge of Economic collapse, if not Civil War. Survival and the American Dream requires that all Foreign Expenses be terminated. No one has the capacity to invade or protect us, so NATO and Allies are an expensive joke. We learned from the Iran War that we can't protect our bases or anyone else, and that Aircraft Carriers are no longer viable and subject to sinking with modern weapons.
Any support of the Secular Zionist State of Israel must be terminated, as they are an enemy, not an ally. Most members of Congress are scared of Israel and take money to support them.
No future Government can exist until the Big Donors are no longer legal, and Congress is limited to nominal donations from constituents.
Federal government has very limited powers that are specified in the Enumerated Powers in the Constitution. But the Federal Government has unlawfully usurped many of the state functions, transferring power to them. The federal government is paying large sums to the state governments for a multitude of state functions, giving them control not authorized by the Constitution. For example, the Federal Government is giving money to the states for welfare, which is unconstitutional, and is also supporting Communist programs in the cities.
The income tax makes our Constitutional Republic impossible because it reverses the economic and political functions of government. The Income Tax may be legal, but there is nothing in the Constitution requiring it to be used.
We financed the federal government with Tariffs until the Coup of 1913 and we can do so again. We will always have excess inflation so long as we print fiat currency rather than use Constitutional gold and silver money. You can't use gold and silver money to finance wars and foreign aid because you can't print gold and silver
People who work for a paycheck should pay the same tax rate as people profiting from the stock market. Our economy needs more people producing goods and services rather than financial products.
The FBI has had decades to do what no one else can, and that is to enforce the law within the government. This failure has allowed our government to become mostly a criminal enterprise, with the FBI being complicit. Rather than doing their most important task, they have been busy trying to take over the police functions of the states. Enumerated Powers give police powers to the states.
The Constitution specifies that the Militia of the Several States shall enforce the laws of the Union. Congress used the unconstitutional Dick Act to make the Militia part of the National Guard.
This paper was written to highlight some primary functions required to return to a Constitutional Republic that are ignored by others. It is not meant to be comprehensive or to include many details. I highlighted Tucker Carlson to point out that neither he nor anyone else has specified the structural things that must be changed for a viable and lawful government to exist.
