America Last: H-1b, Dei, and Wealth Disparity

By Donald Jeffries

September 5, 2026

When you look at present day America 2.0, you almost have to marvel at the depth of the unfairness, injustice, and criminality all around us. As I've said so many times, there is nothing accidental about it. None of the randomness our secular religion of "science" deifies. It was planned that way, to quote the hopelessly evil FDR.

Sixty years ago, every job in America paid a living wage. Whatever little homelessness existed, it was well hidden. There certainly weren't tents on the streets of major cities. There certainly wasn't human excrement on the streets of major cities. We were a very clear Patriarchy. Only two genders. Very few 30 year old adult children, let alone 40 year old adult children, still lived with their parents. Rent was affordable. Home ownership was possible. My blue collar, physical labor job included two raises every year. We had a traditional pension. If my company had kept that plan, instead of scrapping it in the 1980s like all the other companies were doing, I would have had $2 million or more in retirement funds, without including Social Security. My health insurance paid 100 percent of all medical costs, as long as you used one of their facilities. And it was all free- nothing deducted from my paycheck. This was common then. So how did they do that ? We're told we couldn't possibly "afford" that now.

We all know, or should know, about the disastrous and diabolical Immigration and Naturalization Act of 1965, which changed our policy from a strict requirement that 90 percent of all immigrants come from Europe, to a new, just as strict requirement that 90 percent come from non-European countries. It's all there, in literal Black and White. Our White male leaders made a conscious decision to turn America less White. Yes, I know that two non-Irish congressmen, Jacob Javits and Emmanuel Celler, were the primary proponents of this anti-White legislation. It was the beginning of the Great Replacement. The Immigration Act of 1990 established the modern H-1B Visa program. While Mexicans and others from Central and South America began streaming across our always wide open southern border, Indians especially were utilized as foreign visa workers, to take over industries like Information Technology. No more two raises, or even one raise a year. Blue collar benefits began to disappear.

Also in the 1990s, a new corporate tax deduction was created for unprecedented, sinfully large "performance based" executive bonuses. It's usually worth millions of dollars. If you want to learn more about how this has impacted the rigged economy, read my book Survival of the Richest. Because "performance" is not an objective criteria in business, this resulted in CEOs who lost their companies enormous sums of money being rewarded as if they'd accomplished great things. Even more ludicrously, "golden umbrellas" were created, where miserably failed CEOs like Carly Fiorina of Hewlett Packard, could be given exorbitant sums (in her case, $40 million) to just go away. Most of these corporations didn't give any bonuses to the rank and file. Not even a Christmas turkey. This massive increase in executive compensation, combined with increased reluctance to pay common workers adequately, created the largest disparity of wealth the world has ever seen. No other country is close. We're number one!

One of Donald Trump's many 2016 campaign promises was a vow to end the H-1B Visa worker program. Instead, H-1B Visas actually increased during Trump's first term, by some 4.5 percent. By January, 2025, Trumpenstein would proclaim, "I didn't change my mind. I've always felt we have to have the most competent people in our country, and we need competent people. We need smart people coming into our country. We need a lot of people coming in. We're going to have jobs like we've never had before." Now, Trump is supposedly imposing a $100,000 fee on new H-1B Visa applications. Color me skeptical. At any rate, it's far too little, too late. Reports have been circulating for years about 7-11 workers and other retail employees being hired under a H-1B Visa status. Apparently, no American citizens were "skilled" enough to work a cash register. Trump's betrayal here is crystal clear. An old IT co-worker of mine was recently laid off. He will have to train his Indian replacement.

Trump also condemned the importation of more than a million legal immigrants every year, during his 2016 campaign. He promised to slash legal immigration levels, which would "reduce poverty, increase wages, and save taxpayers billions and billions of dollars." By early 2019, as he snuggled next to Apple CEO Tim Cook, the poster child for all that's wrong in corporate America, Trump said, "We're going to have a lot of people coming into the country. We want a lot of people coming in. And we need it." That's a curious brand of "America First." America had a virtual moratorium on legal immigration from the 1920s until 1965, when The Immigration and Naturalization Act was implemented. This period just happened to coincide with the an unparalleled economic growth. Somehow, there were no jobs that "Americans won't do." The lawns got mowed. The landscaping was done. Roofs were repaired and replaced. Construction workers were paid well. Inflation was low. So how did we ever do it?

Now, I'm sure you're probably thinking, "Wait a minute, Mr. Huey Long fanboy, do you think these Gen Z snowflakes could really cut our grass ? Or charge us $1000 to cut down a tree ? Immigrants are hard workers ! We don't have the talent that India has. They have special 'skills.'" Sure, I know the guy who answers pretty much every customer service call now, with that thick Indian accent, isn't really named Kyle. But we can't hire anybody ! No one wants to work!" This is, of course, the mantra of the "conservatives." The ones who worship Ronald "Open Borders" Reagan, and think he actually cut the size of government. The ones who still inexplicably support Trump. The ones who are worried about "communists," not Zionists. The fact is, no one wants to work for the pittance you pay illegal day laborers. And IT professionals cost a lot more than these magical, "gifted" Visa workers. Cheap labor is what matters, not "skill" or willingness to work. And not being White is the crucial bonus.

As recently as 1950, 30-33 percent of the world's population was White. By 2025, that number was down to 10-14 percent. That's northern white rhino (only two of which remain) decline, on the verge of Dodo extinction level. But no one cares. And if you do, you're racist. Just from 2016-2020, White birthrates declined by an astounding 10.35 percent. Whites have been below replacement level in every state for at least a decade. The insane Lindsay Clancy trial is sure to cause that number to plummet even further. So White people have been an endangered species for years now. But without all those illegal immigrants, doing jobs "Americans won't do," and foreign Visa workers, there could be no Great Replacement. Sure, Affirmative Action, now rebranded as DEI, severely limited upward mobility for White males especially, but the agenda wouldn't have been nearly as successful if Whites hadn't stopped having babies. Be responsible. How will you afford them ? There's a population explosion.

While promising to address the problems of illegal immigration, and legal immigration, particularly the H-1B Visa program, Donald Trump continued on, with anti-White business as usual. He certainly did nothing to counter the Great Replacement. It's not as if Trump ever claimed to be like Russia, or Hungary, or Poland, all of which pay their White women to have babies. No wonder they get such bad press. I'm still waiting for Trump to say the word "White" while in office. I mean, he's mentioned the White House, but not White people. He signed some kind of executive order ending DEI in government agencies, but it seems to have been ignored. I'm sure some predictably satanic federal judge overturned it. I know that every time I call any government agency on the telephone, a Black woman still answers. After an excruciatingly long wait. After navigating the diabolical automated menu. At last report, White males were still only getting 6 percent of the new jobs.

America First, if it means anything, should mean putting the interests of American citizens first. First in line for new career opportunities. First in line for promotions. First in line for healthcare. First in line for affordable housing. Protecting our borders. Defending our own sovereign nation, not senselessly intervening in others. Instead, we are at war to stop Iran from building a nuclear weapon. While military veterans struggle to find care in VA hospitals. Instead, we are giving free healthcare to illegals, while working class American citizens are left financially devastated by hospital and doctor bills. Instead of Making America Healthy Again, RFK, Jr. has been defanged, and we must confront declining life expectancy, and exploding childhood cancer rates. While illegals were apparently housed in 5 star hotels, adult children cannot leave the nest because rent is too expensive. Home ownership is unattainable. UBI is about the best thing most of them can hope for. What does that say about our society?

Trumpenstein promised to bring back American industry. You know, the industrial base that was outsourced by Reagan, the Bushes, and Clinton. He criticized NAFTA and the other awful trade deals. But what industry did he bring back ? In his second term, he started imposing tariffs. There was so much talk of tariffs that it is still difficult to figure out how many were imposed, on which countries, for what amount. At any rate, it was a typically ass backwards Trump action. What good will tariffs do, if you have no domestic industry to compete with those foreign products ? They would work, if Trump had built new factories first. Imposed a 100 percent tax on offshore profits. Imposed stiff financial penalties on corporations that closed down their U.S. factories, in search of cheap foreign labor. Granted tax breaks to corporations that stay in the U.S., and pay a living wage. Instead, Trump kept all those Visa workers. We "need" them. U.S. citizens can't write code. Or do the physical labor for contractors.

The country we grew up in has been transformed beyond recognition during my lifetime. In 1976, Gerald Ford signed an Executive Order forbidding assassination as an American foreign policy weapon. Our leaders now celebrate the assassinations of those in other countries. They brag about it. In 1974, my high school graduating class didn't have a single Hispanic in it. In fact, the term "Hispanic" had yet to be invented. My class was probably 95 percent White. Today, that same high school is majority nonwhite. Until the mid-1960s, intermarriage between Whites and Blacks was illegal. Sixty years ago, polls showed that 94 percent of Americans were opposed to interracial marriage. Today, in the same country, 94 percent approve of interracial marriage. Maybe that's a great advancement. Like Marvin Gaye, I'm for anything between consenting anybodies. But it reflects the monumental sea change in the culture. I'm sure 100 percent of 1960s Americans would have opposed transgenderism.

Every "progressive" movement since the end of WWII had one thing in common; White men were the primary enemy. This was especially true of the Whites in the forefront of these movements. The Beatniks. The Hippies. Feminism. Civil Rights. Environmentalism/Global Warming/Climate Change (they refused to call out China or India, two huge polluters). I'm convinced that the only reason the antiwar movement was so big in the 1960s was because we were at war with nonwhite people. I still revere Huey Long because he advocated for all poor people, regardless of skin color. JFK and RFK were the first politicians to ever visit the poorest people in this country, the largely White population of Appalachia. Since the 1990s, White men have really become second class citizens. Of course, White men are still largely in charge, but I mean the vast majority of White men. The poor and working class. What's left of the endangered middle class. We exist to ridicule and scoff at. To apologize on cue.

Take a look at the graph above. All those states where, by 2016, White deaths exceeded White births. Another frightening statistic is that for the first time in recorded history, there are more women aged 30 who are single than are married. And you know that White women lead the pack by a considerable margin. So it's no surprise that we've tolerated foreign Visa workers, in many cases even training them after our companies replace us. The Democrats used to call themselves the party of the working man. They allowed once vibrant unions to be busted and largely eliminated. They cheered on increased immigration, because it was almost all nonwhite. And that was a more important consideration to them than lowered wages and decreased benefits. Big Labor no longer exists as any kind of political force. The Republicans never claimed to be the party of the working man. They were the party of business. What's good for business is good for America. They don't want a minimum wage.

So here we stand. Desperately in need of a healthy dose of populism. Of some real statesmen to end tax free executive "performance" bonuses. To end the H-1B Visa program. To put a moratorium on all legal immigration. To conduct the Mass Deportation Donald Trump promised. To end DEI. To hire people exclusively on merit, but where relative merit is hard to judge, to hire a truly diverse workforce. This "diversity" would mean mostly Whites, since the population is still majority White. It wouldn't mean hiring 90 percent Blacks for good paying government jobs. I wait for the day when I call a government office, and a White voice, with no accent, answers. "Diversity" means fewer Whites, in the minds of government officials and business leaders. And the mostly non-Irish media moguls. We should all be treated fairly. This includes White males. People just won't come together,. So I'll watch some more JFK, listen to some more Huey Long, and dream the dreams an old idealist does.
