Gain-of-function viruses or bacteria: what might the next public health emergency scenario look like ? In Germany, Dr Heiko Schöning is known for having warned, as early as December 2018, that a pandemic scenario was about to be unleashed on the world's population.
From the anthrax attacks to Covid-19, this doctor and German army officer has tirelessly tracked the international criminal network that he says is waging war against populations around the world.
By following the various organisations, companies and individuals involved, he seeks to anticipate and thwart operations that are in preparation. His recent address to the German Parliament also helped raise the alarm over what he describes as the orchestration of a false panic surrounding cases of bacterial meningitis.
He had already warned of this scenario in 2023. We had the opportunity to gain an initial insight into it in an interview, in which he discussed preparations surrounding scenarios involving bacteria and the development of 'countermeasures', including new classes of antibiotics that could be administered on a large scale.

He subsequently explored the subject in greater detail in his book Game Over 2: Attack on the Microbiome, a follow-up to Game Over: Covid-19/Anthrax 01, his first volume devoted to exposing what he calls the 'pandemic cartel' and its various operations.
Starting with current issues such as the Anthony Fauci hearings and questions surrounding gain-of-function research, Heiko Schöning repeatedly returns to his central message: that health crises are planned by a financial oligarchy operating internationally, and that the same networks are also behind wars, drug trafficking and other scourges inflicted on populations.
Only by exposing the details of their plans and operational structures, he argues, can we distance ourselves from them and begin organising alternatives.
