I have been observing the obvious symptoms of A Depression for years; legions of homeless, the young stuck in family nests, millions on insured antidepressants, suicide by overdose, bullet or slowly by eating cheap. It's a free-floating funk they are prevented from understanding.

Depression can be a result of the mass anxiety of A Depression, failed goals, adverse situations, traumatic head injuries, bad family or workplace relationships, drug reactions, toxic chemicals, vegetable oils and heavy metals.
A depressed person loses intelligence, judgement and is generally crippled and hopeless.
Self defeating thoughts run in a continuous loop. Hygiene is poor and energy is low, consistent with generalized inflammation and low brain/body voltage.

There is little we can do about the state of the state, but if we oppose mental depression we can at least cope with adverse conditions.

After my depression lifted and gum infections stopped, I decided to know why and how frequent megadosing of Vitamin C turned that nasty train around.
After I learned that pure Vitamin C/ascorbic acid became palatable non-sour sodium ascorbate when fizzed with sodium bicarbonate/baking soda in water,I took 7/8/9 GRAMS of C 3-4 Xs/day on an empty stomach.
I could feel the difference in a few days so continued megadosing. Curiosity caused me to submit a hair sample for a metal/mineral analysis. (Blood tests are inaccurate and do not reflect metal burdens ensconced in bone, fat and other tissues)
In a few weeks I had the results which showed I had had high levels of mercury and cadmium, and low levels of magnesium and potassium.
So what did Vitamin C do ? As an antioxidant electron donor, C offset positively charged metals and mobilized them to be excreted,and neutralized positively charged bacteria and bacterial endotoxins oozing from my gums. I also saw a lack of magnesium and potassium electrolytes acidified my system. These were my very preliminary findings on a very simple level, a pregnant epiphany for me with much more to come.

I upped my intake of minerals, added chlorella as a chelating agent, got onto oregano oil to remove strep/staph/yeats/parasites from GI tract, used cod liver oil in winter when the sun lost its strength, sauna-ed more often and naturally with more energy was more physically active.
Follow-up hair analyses showed my numbers had reversed ! It worked!
Dozens of other healing ideas came together, all with the same focus on the theme of increasing body voltage, pH and oxygen penetration.
I had been eating lots of seafood all my life, but switched to low mercury species.

Researching Vitamin C I found that in large doses it releases H2O2, hydrogen peroxide so I purchased a few bottles of food grade H2O2 and kept them in the freezer. I found that nebulized 3% H2O2 clears lungs of infection like magic and can be combined with iodine.
I then found other items that also provided an oxidative burst to mimic Mega C and the body's natural immune response. Iodine, ozone and powerful MMS chlorite did that and cured many infectious diseases like malaria, ebola and cancers.
I had my first success treating my dog's heartworm and breast cancer using MMS chlorite/ClO2.
When breast cancer reappeared I tried injecting baking soda solution into and around the tumor on the theory that cancers are an acidic hypoxic condition. That worked too ! Baking soda raised pH allowing oxygen to penetrate the tumor to reverse the situation.
Baking soda can also be nebulized!

Learning that sulfates were needed for the conversion of cholesterol into Vitamin D3 with sunlight, I began taking elemental sulfur, NAC, RALA and MSM along with adding more brassicas, onions and garlic to my diet.
Later I learned that sulfates line blood vessels holding a layer of structured water to electrically push blood through. A Midwestern Doctor promoted the DMSO form of sulfur to enhance microcirculation in nerve cells curing many neurologic conditions.
I am finding that pure DMSO liquid has many more applications than creams and gels. Liquid DMSO can be used in eyes, mouth, topically on painful areas, orally and even nebulized!
Add Vitamin C electrons to sulfur compounds to boost essential glutathione levels.

Sauna is being promoted as a sure cure for depression and I can see that it sweats out inflammatory toxins as it grows and energizes structured water. Raising body temperature speeds all biochemical reactions and vanquishes pathogens like a fever.
Sauna heat straightens misfolded proteins. Proteolytic enzymes like papain, bromelain, nattokinase and lumbrokinase disassemble unwanted proteins and are used against the "spike."

Aside from moving to the Bahamas, full spectrum light panels works in dark winter climes, should be used at home and office replacing tiring fluorescents, all while avoiding screens and blue light.

Gathering the thread of these therapies and treatments together, one can only conclude that antioxidant electron energy balanced with appropriate oxidation makes life work. That energy is sourced and applied at an infinite range of electromagnetic frequencies; heat, light and sound are apparent while radio waves, microwaves, infrared, ultraviolet, X-rays, and gamma rays are invisible.

All in all, having proven that alternative and "quack" therapies actually work, I realized the suffering and death wrought by Rockefeller pharma medicine and the inhumane authority of The FDA, medical societies, universities and TV doctors in their hiding, ignorance and dismissal of inexpensive, safe and efficacious treatments was pure EVIL!
Drugs address downstream symptoms in harmful ways, instead of optimizing poor bio-function through nutritional, supplemental, lifestyle and emotional approaches.
