To understand anything about our Constitutional Republic, you must know that the Sovereign States established the Federal Government to perform only a few specified functions. The present reality is that the so-called Federal Government does whatever it pleases and to hell with the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the Land. Most Elected Officials violate their sacred oath to our Constitution and have the blood of millions on their hands.
It is impossible to enjoy the benefits of the Constitutional Republic with a Federal Income Tax even if the other overwhelming criminal and unconstitutional activities of government and the PSRRC were to cease. Our actual rulers are the Parasitic Super-Rich Ruling Class (PSRRC) consisting of the wealthy families, billionaires, and the Zionist Jewish Lobby
Elected Government Officials are not the rulers, as most are but crooks and traitors who violated their sacred oath to the Constitution and are subservient to the PSRRC and the Zionist Jewish Lobby for money and out of fear.
It is estimated that 50% of the government is a Criminal Enterprise with no legal support from the Constitution whatsoever.
In a few words, the Income Tax makes the Constitutional Republic impossible because it reverses the Political and Economic roles of the states and the federal government. This deprives states of the funds required to perform their Constitutionally Enumerated Powers and gives the federal government the funds to hijack these functions and blackmail the states for power and profits.
The federal government did quite well being financed by tariffs and excise taxes until 1913. Presently, being crooks, the feds are double dipping and collecting both tariffs and income taxes. Feds should function on tariffs alone as they did until 1913.
Make no mistake, the Federal Government has hijacked all the power and is mostly a criminal enterprise, both domestically and internationally. This will continue until the law is enforced on government officials either by civilian courts or military courts in a Civil War. You could say that the failure of the FBI is the reason for our present circumstances. Congress did away with the Militia of the Several States with the unconstitutional Dick Act to make way for the corruptible FBI. The Militia is responsible for enforcing the laws of the Union in our Constitution.
Income tax revenue starves the states of revenue needed to perform their Constitutional functions, allowing the feds to unlawfully take over state functions. This transfers power to the federal government.
The feds have used this power to finance Communism, wars for profit, foreign aid, foreign troop deployments, Genocide, all manner of fraud and theft. Spending Federal Money on state projects is mostly unconstitutional.
Since this country can't be invaded by a foreign power all expenditures on foreign aid, military deployments, wars and allies is only for profit of the PSRRC at the expense of citizens.
The solution is to terminate the Income Tax, or to give all the money to states where it is collected, minus SS and Medicare funding.
It is obvious that both political parties will not allow deportation of illegal invaders who are involved in incipient insurrections in the major Communist cities and states. This will lead to civil war to separate them from the Union or to take over the government. One possible solution is to leave Communist areas in the Union, but separate them financially by giving them taxes collected in their areas. This would also remove the resentment of red-state citizens who don't want to support Communism. The Communist areas would soon run out of resources. The Communists are already bankrupt and surviving on funds defrauded from federal government.
There is one direction for survival, provided that Illegal invaders are rapidly deported and the Constitution is followed in all respects, with no exceptions. This means, among other things, that gold and silver are the new currency, Federal Reserve Bank and the FBI abolished, no wars without Declaration of War, no foreign aid, no foreign deployment of troops and no support of the criminal Zionist state of Israel.
President Trump has failed to follow through on most promises except to close the border, and he has no viable plans to deport all illegal invaders, which alone dooms our country. Another most serious treason by both Trump and most elected officials is their support of Israel First and America Last.
As a patriot, I have voted against incumbents from both parties; I cannot reward them for treason. For your information, giving aid and comfort to invaders is Constitutional treason.
