Ellon Musk is the deus ex machina of conservatives and other Beltway careerists. He, the divinity of Deep Tech, will perennially preach the anti-AI gospel. But behind the scenes...~ilana
FOR THE LUCKY ONES, " Black October ," the PHP code vulnerability that roiled cyberspace, might have begun with a slightly urgent tone in the otherwise scrupulous calm of a software engineer.
He or she would have sternly directed the fortunate individual, whose online universe they oversee, to a likewise careful, managed web-hosting service. There, the cybersecurity expert coders would have already implemented "the fix"-and would be hard at work fencing vulnerable websites in their charge. We hope.
The story would later go around that the vulnerability of PHP, a " general-purpose scripting language geared toward web development," is a feature of 70 percent of websites worldwide. (The last word is probably a redundancy, but it works to stress the point.) That's just how pervasive PHP is. If not patched, its vulnerability would allow unauthorized access to countless web systems.
Originally created by a Danish-Canadian, PHP was later "parsed" along the way, whatever than means in computer jargon, by two Israeli programmers. Since the word " paranoia" implies irrational distrust; feel free to come up with a better descriptor of my febrile thinking as to anything Israelis unleash on the world-no matter how long ago the Israeli segment of the PHP code was abandoned and ceased to be supported.
Reasonably or unreasonably, the PHP digital drama soon led to the question of AI (Artificial Intelligence) "run amok," a risk that PHP software developers had deemed positively esoteric, before AI accelerated the risk.
Experts worried, reported the capable Krystal Ball, that this particular fix ("a patch"), just by way of an example, can be-promises to be-reverse engineered to hack, hack, hack. Scrupulously calm and understated herself, Ms. Ball is a former accountant with a degree in economics. She carries the Breaking Points podcast.
Consider: So munificent and beneficial an industry is AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) or AI (Artificial Intelligence)-that you had better start defending against its onslaught, if you know what's good for you. That's yet another conclusion to draw from the PHP digital drama.
One grim reality of the AI scam industry is simply that small business has fewer resources to divert toward digital fortification.
The too-big-to-fail principle is another feature of the AI oligarchic economy. Those most vulnerable to systemic software penetration, surmised Ms. Ball, will thus be the smaller outfits and organizations. Economic behemoths the state won't let fail.
Hacked, hobbled in the workforce, or forced to pay: The little man or woman will be unduly marked for suffering in some way or another by the hot-air industry that is AI.
Prospective investors should certainly study Ron Unz's distillation of the "industry's stark financials," which will likely see "top AI executives and investors retain much of their current wealth, amounting to billions or tens of billions of dollars, while foisting the trillions of dollars of looming financial losses upon the suffering American taxpayer."
This is why Elon Musk, the face of the Deep Tech Oligarchy, has deigned, now-and-again, to disgorge a few foreboding words against AI. It's a show and a sham for the benefit of the moron media and the Musk fanboys.
For example, the issue of labor vis-à-vis AI has gotten so bad that even the Wall Street Journal punched through Microsoft's "offer to 'buyout' 60,000 employees." The Journal implicated both Microsoft and David Ellison's "entertainment conglomerate," Skydance, in "trying to shed a lot of workers. Just don't call it a layoff."
Musk, for his part, has only just infused " about $1 billion" into Ellison junior's Skydance company. David is the son of Oracle's Larry Ellison, a billionaire who is beholden to the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). As its largest donor, supporter and promoter, the elder Ellison is heavily invested and vested in the IDF's AI necro-technologies.
To that end, Ellison Senior successfully led a Trump-approved financial putsch on American media conglomerates-TikTok, Paramount, Warner Bros. Discovery, and others. The Ellison coup has curtailed, even criminalized, speech critical of Israel.
Ellison's media efforts for Israel are lilliputian compared to Musk's achievements via his social media Goliath, X.
Censor-for-Zionism Elon Musk "'has wreaked havoc on Twitter since he took over the platform. It's now gutted,' said Marwa Fatafta, a Palestinian digital rights expert and policy analyst at al-Shabaka, a think tank." (Corroborated: Each day, my X account dies a little. It should be a mathematical impossibility, but one day will zero.)
Small wonder then, that from the Anti-Defamation League chief Jonathan Greenblatt, Elon Musk has earned plaudits. Cleverly, the knaves at the ADL continue to hold Musk's status, vis-à-vis the Jewish community, in abeyance, in limbo, to ensure ongoing psychological pressure to obey.
There was no need.
Come on, face it. It was chemistry that drew " Elon Musk's artificial intelligence company xAI" and the CEO of Palantir Technologies, Alex Karp, to partner in the making of Israel's implements of mass murder, the killer code. More candidly, Karp stated his impetus thus: I am "exceedingly proud that after Oct. 7, within weeks, we are on the ground and we are involved in operationally crucial operations in Israel."
Be that as it may, Ellon Musk, the deus ex machina of conservatives and other Beltway careerists, is careful to make regular overtures to the moron media and the little people who believe in him.
To wit, when the trillionaire, also the most important face of a deadly illiterati, senses that labor has built up a head of steam over AI; He, the divinity of Deep Tech, will preach the anti-AI gospel. (The Gospel is also the name of the killer code that Israel has applied in Gaza and Lebanon. I'm just free-associating here.)
"With artificial intelligence," thundered Musk in 2014, "we are summoning the demon." Elon's AI grand mal of a mere ten hours ago prophesized that, " Contradicting AI could make 'it' go insane."
Yeah. He's a real intellectual (my tongue is firmly in my cheek) ! I had hoped that in the dust-up between conservatives and the neocon-dominated Republican Party, Israel would serve as the curdling bacteria, separating the neoconservative whey from the conservative curd. Alas.
Periodically, this group-which includes Beltway libertarian careerists-comes up with real howlers. Lately, there's been nattering about Musk as the embodiment of free-market capitalism. The evidence for this is as slender as the proof of an association between the libertarian axiom of non-aggression-the very fulcrum of authentic libertarianism-and that honorary Israeli, Javier Milei, president of Argentina.
I hope at least that my own readers will have heard enough evidence to the contrary, and that they know that positive tweets about iconic Austrian economist Ludwig von Mises or F. A Hayek, appended to images of busty women, cannot be reasonably taken as mitigation of the tangled mess that is Musk's mind. Very much in evidence, however, are shows of aggressive potency, sexual vanity and lame machismo.
Musk, CEO of SpaceX and Tesla, is hardly a figure of fun. Behind the scenes of his empire are layoffs (at Elon Musk's xAI), speech censorship, a Musk partnership with Palantir Technologies; cash to the Ellisons, and a holy land educational trip with Ben Shapiro. Yes, the trillionaire's response to the genocide ongoing in Gaza was to visit Auschwitz with Shapiro .
With Musk as a subject, the irrepressible podcaster Kyle Kulinski is not working with much. Nevertheless, Kulinski manages a screamingly funny segment about the swindler himself. Watch . Mention is made, in particular, of Elon Musk's political-influence donations during the last two years:
These are greater than George Soros's campaign contributions over a lifetime!
Between 2024 and 2026; Elon Musk made donations in excess of $759 million to assorted Trump PACs ( Political Action Committee), super PACs and dark money groups. Over his lifetime, George Soros' contributions have totaled roughly $624 million, making the Democrat the political pigmy on the money metric.
What I hazard here is that the oligarchy that is powerfully arrayed behind the technology is more of a problem than AI, per se. The dangers of AI lie in the AI Oligarchy, a powerful cabal of deformed characters, whose products are often slip-shod, but who truly believe they are the Gods of the Machine.
To quote censor-for-Zion Elon Musk about his company Neuralink, "Its mission is to merge 'your brain with AI,' and in doing so to 'jump-start the next stage of human evolution.'" Musk is alluding to Transhumanism.
The set of ideas around which Elon Musk, Alex Karp; Sam Altman, Marc Andreessen, Dario Amodei, and others coalesce, would have been greeted with great belly laughs were America not a far-gone and dangerous Idiocracy. These characters even have their own think tank, which peddles administered altruism as a front.
