Governments Have No Authority Over Our God-Given Rights

Fake 'democracies' cannot be allowed to take what God gives us.

By J.B. Shurk

July 24, 2026

We Westerners have an important job to do. In the years and decades ahead, we must reassert our God-given rights.

Note that I do not assign this task to Western governments. Governments, in the best of times, are an annoyance; in anything but the best of times, governments are oppressive and dangerous.

Why Do We Love Sad Songs ?

By Edward Curtin

"A bird does not sing because it has an answer. It sings because it has a song."

- A Chinese Proverb

The titular question appropriately arose as our spirits rose during a sumptuous Easter dinner celebrating the triumph of life over death and love over hate. My granddaughter Sophie and I - she, three weeks shy of her eighteenth birthday - discovered that we both love sad songs and wondered why.

Abortion Movement Abandons « Pro-Choice » Pretense

The turning of mothers against their own babies was won on devilish euphemisms for murder, but now it seems, the central pretense of "my body, my choice" is being dropped.

By Sarah Cain

hose who favor abortion's legality have long rejected any label that they were pro-abortion. Instead, they maintained that they were "pro-choice" or, alternatively, "pro-women." That messaging is aligned with bygone marketing slogans like "safe, legal, and rare."

The Exodus Patterns Have Already Begun—and the Software Is Tracking Every Movement

By Milan Adams

Something shifted in the telemetry last March. Not the markets. Not the weather. Something deeper in the architecture of privilege. When the private Gulfstream G650 lifted off from Teterboro at 3:47 AM local time-its transponder squawking a destination that would change three times mid-flight before vanishing entirely from civilian radar over the Azores-it triggered an algorithm that had been dormant since the first lines of code were written in a converted server farm outside Reykjavik.

Surrendering the Negative Influences in Your Life

Growth has to begin somewhere. Start by exploring both the constructive and the destructive aspects of your nature. First you must deal with the negative. By dealing with what doesn't work in your life, you're going to know what excuses not to fall back on.

Ai Is the Apex of Ultra-Processed Life

By Charles Hugh Smith

July 18, 2026

We are Superman strapped to a carefully machined chunk of Kryptonite we can no longer detach.

I wrote Ultra-Processed Life to describe a peculiarly perverse structure of control that now dominates our entire culture and way of life: what's presented as marvelously beneficial to both sellers and buyers / leaders and the citizenry is actually only beneficial to the sellers / leaders while it actively degrades and deranges the buyers / citizens.
