It is not for nothing that most of the world both abhors and condemns Israeli behavior, whether it be measured by the never-ending genocide in Gaza or the similarly driven terrorizing and deportation of the Palestinian population on the West Bank. Israel is intent on taking full control of historic Palestine and is willing to do whatever it takes to bring that about and unfortunately the United States has been its all too often enthusiastic accomplice in that effort.

New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani has said that Immigration and Customs Enforcement should be completely abolished. He has said that a "Warrant of Removal/Deportation" is invalid. And now he has referenced what he apparently fancies an enlightened guide for U.S. immigration policy: his religion.

Islam is "built upon a narrative of migration," Mamdani said during an interfaith breakfast Friday.

U.S. President Trump is now clearly heading to defeat in the November congressional mid-terms, and so to impeachment hearings by Democrats in the U.S. Congress starting in January 2027. If those hearings lead to his being replaced, they will produce a President Vance, who will then probably run for the Presidency in 2028, and (after having served out the rest of Trump's term and moderating some of Trump's policies in order to win in 2028) stand a good chance of becoming elected as President in 2028, especially because he'd be the incumbent and will have been hiding his extremism.
